Last weekend I escaped Vancouver to soak up some sunshine and spend time with friends. As I packed up, I realized that it’s my blog’s first birthday! Its been a fun year sharing my photos and adventures with you all. Thank you so much to everyone who takes the time to read my posts, and for all the kind words and encouragement. You are all so amazing, and it never goes unnoticed. As I gear up for a busy summer of weddings, and juggle client meetings, and sessions with working, the blog has also been a tad bit neglected this month. I really wish some days had more than 24 hours, don’t you!?
I was lucky enough to stay in Yaletown for the past couple weeks. A co-worker is vacationing in France (lucky) and asked me to look after her cats (Maggie and Blanco). Every time I stay at her place Vancouver takes a piece of my heart. Runs on the seawall, the cute restaurants, all the different people, the ocean… I absolutely love it! I think I would like to move downtown if the right opportunity presents itself…but, only time will tell if it’s meant to be. Here’s a couple quick iphone photos from my time spent in Yaletown.
I’m back and ready to share some of the wedding photos I have taken in the spring of 2012. With one year behind it, the blog is now ready for a little makeover, so I’ll also be working on giving it a facelift (exciting)! I wont to share many details yet, but I hope you will stay tuned to see it. Oh, and Happy Friday everyone! :)
